Are you our next Innovation & Commercial IT coordinator? We are looking for someone who can help us redefine what's possible for Innovation & Commercial IT department.

The Innovation & Commercial IT dept at Gatwick is a small team which manages the provision of IT services to customers based on the airport campus, on a commercial basis. The team also drives innovation for the airport, working with airlines, ground handlers and other airport departments.

What is the role?

We are currently looking for an “Innovation & Commercial IT Coordinator” with a proven track record of managing customer contracts, resolution of escalations, coordinating customer related IT service requests, budget tracking, purchase order processing and promoting innovative solutions among end user community.

The innovation & Commercial IT Coordinator will work closely with other team members such as the Account Managers for customers as well as Innovation Leads.

What will you do?

  1. Administer the revenue contract, New service orders & NDA sign off process and maintain the related document library. 100+ contracts worth a total of £4m. Approx 6 documents to be prepared & signed off per month for growth.
  2. Maintain customer wise active services database and manage billing to customers. Timely billing and accuracy of billing file containing 400 service lines.
  3. Manage Capex cost plan, innovation opex forecast, revenue forecast and PO receipting. Ensure records are up to date.
  4. Monitor service delivery for customers. Support the innovation transition, rollout and user admin for campus customers.
  5. Promote new innovations across the campus working closely with CorpComms department.
  6. Support Innovation Leads on trials and project delivery.
  7. Research innovation ideas and build a pipeline of innovations for Gatwick to consider.
