Are you our next HR Systems & Reporting Analyst? We are looking for someone who can help us redefine what's possible for Human resources department.

What is the role?

We are currently looking for a HR Systems Analyst to join our team.  In this important role, you will be the systems administrator as well as providing analytical support and people insight to the HR team and business.

What will you do?

  • Manage the smooth running of the system and provide first line support to the team.
  • As a key member of the HR system SME group, you'll be accountable for the ongoing maintenance and development of the system. Delivering in line with our departmental purpose of quality employee experience.
  • Support the HR team and business with its data needs using Tableau, which will include routine reporting as well as ad hoc project styled insight.
  • Build the reporting and insight capability for the organisation, using Tableau.
  • Focus on the organisations capability to self-serve standard information in a secure way.
  • Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of input data. 

Do you have what we're looking for?

  • In depth knowledge of HRIS systems and how to use and administer them.
  • Possess a strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills mindset.
  • An aptitude for problem solving with an ability to research solutions, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of optimizing and implementing (new) data processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and the ability to bring data to life to varied stakeholders
  • Experience of data governance protocols: maintaining HR data integrity and hierarchies (master data).
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Experience with data visualizations using either Tableau/PowerBI
