Circa £70,000, £4,750 flex allowance, up to 20% discretionary bonus + benefits

This role takes a hybrid approach here at London Gatwick, with three days a week in the office, two days remote, but managed around the needs of the business and the role's requirements. 

What is the role? 

To own the delivery of London Gatwick's media sales, sponsorships and partnerships through effective business development, relationship management and team management. 

What will you do? 

• Establish Team & Processes: Using knowledge and expertise to set the standard, including recruitment and establishing processes and requirements. 

• Client & Agency Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and direct clients, acting as the main point of contact. 

• Sales & Strategy: Develop and pitch opportunities and campaigns, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to overall sales strategy.  

• Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and motivate a small team including a Delivery Manager and Account Exec.  

• Market Expertise: Stay updated on market changes and trends, provide strategic recommendations.  

• Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets + delivery SLA's 

Do you have what we're looking for? 

• Proven success in media sales, advertising, or sponsorship with deep knowledge of the media market and industry trends. 

• Proven experience in delivering, and winning media pitches with significant revenue attached 

• Strong commercial acumen and is adept at building networks and negotiating effectively within the media ecosystem. 

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at every level.  

• Experience in B2B relationships, strategic prospecting, and pipeline management. 

• Able to analyse and interpret data, solve problems, and make smart decisions under pressure.   

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams (IT, marketing, operations).  

• Experience in managing contracts.
