What is the role? 

We're looking for a results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead high-impact performance marketing campaigns for Car Parks & Commercial Products. You'll take ownership of a £5M annual paid media budget, driving performance across multiple channels and markets. 

This is a strategic, hands-on role where you'll optimise campaigns, innovate bidding strategies, and deliver measurable ROI.  

What will you do? 

• Manage and optimise a £5M+ annual paid media budget to deliver ROI and growth targets.  

• Plan, build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta and emerging platforms.  

• Expand into multi-channel acquisition including affiliate, display and programmatic.  

• Lead A/B testing for ad copy, bidding strategies and landing pages to maximise performance.  

• Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate) and deliver actionable insights. 

• Produce accurate weekly and monthly reports and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.  

• Collaborate with the Digital Acquisition Manager, Marketing and Data Science team to align campaigns with broader acquisition goals. 

• Explore new tools, technologies, and channels to keep our paid media strategy ahead of the curve.  

Do you have what we're looking for? 

• Degree educated in a quantitative discipline 

• Demonstratable strong knowledge of Google Ads, SA360 and Bing Ads, including automated bidding strategies. 

• Proven experience managing large-scale paid media budgets (£5M+).  

• Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and ideally affiliate/programmatic channels. 

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimisation.  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  

• Experience in the travel sector is desirable.   

• Experience in AB testing, ad copy optimisation and landing page performance.  

• Strong ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.  

• Knowledge of platform policies, GDPR and brand safety standards.
